HPG 360 holds video of young goalies and the notes a coach makes about them, so we take this seriously. This explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it changed or deleted.
1. Who is responsible
High Performance Goaltending is responsible for the personal information described here. Our website is hpg360.app. Our contact email is hpgoaltending@gmail.com and our mailing address is 651 Old Indian Mound Trail, Sun Prairie, WI 53590, United States.
2. What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, email address, a password (stored encrypted, never in plain text), your role (parent, goalie, coach or association) and, if you give it, your goalie's name, age group and team.
- Profile photo: only if you choose to upload one. It is only shown to you and our coaches.
- Video and notes: game clips you upload, plus the titles, dates, opponents and coach notes you attach to them.
- Development records: AI-assisted clip summaries and flags, coach feedback, practice plans, skill scores and progress history created for your goalie.
- Billing status: which plan you are on and whether payment is current. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store full card details.
- Technical information: sign-in events, device and browser type, pages viewed and error logs, kept to keep accounts secure and the platform working.
3. Goalies under 18
Young goalies use HPG 360 through a parent or guardian's account. We collect only the minimum needed to run their development program: first name, age group, team, their video and their scores. That information is used to deliver coaching and track progress, and for nothing else. We do not sell personal information, we do not share a goalie's video with other members, and we do not use your clips to train third-party AI models.
4. How we use it
- Run the platform and your account.
- Organise your clips and flag repeating patterns for coach review.
- Deliver coach feedback, development plans and progress scores.
- Process payments, send receipts and tell you about your subscription.
- Keep the platform secure and fix problems.
- Let club administrators see progress for the goalies in their program, including summary numbers for parents and the board.
We will not use your clips in marketing or on social media without your written permission.
5. AI processing of your clips
When you upload a clip, we take a small number of still frames from it and send those frames, along with your notes, to an AI provider that works under contract with us. It returns a summary, suggested tags and patterns worth reviewing. A coach then checks the result. The full video stays in our own private storage and is not handed to the AI provider.
6. Who we share it with
- The cloud provider that hosts our database and stores your clips and photos.
- Our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record for subscriptions and receives the buyer's email and billing country to process the charge and any tax.
- The AI provider described above, under contract.
- The HPG coach assigned to your goalie, and your club's administrators.
- Anyone else only if we are legally required to.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
7. Where it is kept and how it is protected
Clips and photos sit in private storage that is not publicly listed. Permissions make sure members can only reach their own files, links to video expire automatically, and connections are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep collection minimal and tell you promptly if we ever have a breach that affects you.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you close it, your clips, photos and development profile are deleted within 30 days. We keep only the billing records that tax and consumer law require.
9. Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, get a copy of it, or have it deleted. You can also change your profile, manage or cancel your plan, or ask us to stop processing a specific clip. Email hpgoaltending@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to your local privacy regulator.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for anything material, email members before it takes effect.
