Terms of Service

High Performance Goaltending ("HPG", "we", "us") operates the website hpg360.app and the HPG 360 platform. Our mailing address is 651 Old Indian Mound Trail, Sun Prairie, WI 53590, United States. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a hockey association, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are able to bind it.

HPG 360 is a year-round goalie development system. Members upload game video, the platform organises it and flags repeating patterns, an HPG coach reviews and approves the findings, and every goalie gets a development profile, a plan and progress scores they can track.

Plans: Basic at $19/month, Premium at $99/month, and Association at $3,000/year. These are launch prices. Everything we provide is instructional and educational. It is not medical, physiotherapy or mental-health advice, and it does not replace the direction of your team's coach, your physician or your athletic therapist.

• Give us accurate information and keep your password private.
• One personal account per person. Do not share your login with anyone.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Goalies under 18 use HPG 360 through a parent or guardian's account. That adult creates and manages the account and is responsible for how the platform is used.
• Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
• We can pause an account that is being shared or that contains false information.

• A subscription starts when checkout is completed and renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Prices are in US dollars and are charged in advance. Launch pricing may change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from your profile. You keep full access until the paid period ends, and we do not charge you again after that.
• Association plans are billed per the signed agreement between the club and HPG.
• If a payment fails, we will try again and let you know. Plan features stay paused until the payment is fixed.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

• You keep all rights to any footage you upload.
• You give HPG permission to store, process, analyse and display your clips only to deliver the service to you and your coaches.
• Only you, the HPG coach assigned to you and club administrators can watch your clips. They are not public and are not shown to other members.
• By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share that footage and that you are allowed to share anyone visible in it. If your league, club or broadcaster has rules about game video, those rules are yours to follow.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or someone else's copyrighted material.
• We can remove a clip that breaks these terms. If you close your account, your clips are deleted.

The platform uses artificial intelligence to organise clips, suggest tags and flag repeating patterns so a coach can start from a shortlist instead of two hours of footage. AI output is a working draft: it can miss things and can be wrong. A qualified HPG coach reviews and confirms what becomes official feedback, a score or part of a development plan. The coach's assessment is the one that counts, and no analysis guarantees a selection, a roster spot or a result.

You agree not to:

• share, sell or lend your login;
• scrape, bulk-download or resell content, clips, reports or data from the platform;
• copy, license or resell drills, plans, scorecards or reports you receive;
• interfere with, disable or reverse engineer the platform;
• upload malware or attempt to gain access to another member's account;
• use the platform or its analysis to build a competing service.

HPG 360 is an actively developed platform, so features change and we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We will give reasonable notice of major changes. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can cancel or close your account at any time from your profile. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are not allowed to. When an account closes, your clips and development profile are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, and any unused paid time is handled under the Refund Policy.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. If a change affects your rights or your price, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use HPG 360 after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and the laws of the United States applicable to it, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Wisconsin have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here limits your right to use a consumer dispute-resolution process available where you live.
