We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase of any HPG 360 plan (Basic, Premium or Association), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

2. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email us at hpgoaltending@gmail.com and we'll help you.

Refunds are handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and you will not be charged again.
